This print features my portion of a collaborative mural created alongside fellow artists as part of a full wall community piece. While the wall itself was a shared canvas, this character represents my personal contribution to the story.
The Lego-inspired figure was designed as a symbol of hope and imagination. A playful but powerful reminder to dream beyond your surroundings. Dressed in a bonnet to highlight Black girl magic and everyday royalty, she holds a rose as a gesture of growth and care, while throwing up “westside” as a nod to one of my previous mural works.
Hidden within the bonnet is the phrase “Dream Big,” reinforcing the message that big visions can come from humble moments and familiar spaces.
This piece blends nostalgia, culture, and affirmation. Using a toy like character to speak to real world confidence, self belief, and creative possibility.
